About this Project
In 2020, JVC Group helped bring the Riverplace community to the City of Garland for Lennar Homes of Texas. Riverplace is a 40-acre residential development made up of 143 single-family lots on the city’s northeast end, just off State Highway 78 and Bunker Hill Road. JVC Group teams provided planning, zoning, surveying, engineering, construction staking, and landscape architecture services for the development. Landscape architecture elements include an entry monument and a quarter mile trail with some beautiful pocket parks along the way. The project also included a drainage analysis to revise the property’s floodplain to accommodate the neighborhood’s final layout.
