About this Project
Since 2020, JVC Group has been involved with the master planning of community amenities and landscape theming for the 3,300 lot, master-planned development Wildflower Ranch, located in Fort Worth, TX.
JVC Group is working with Hines Interest, LP. and their consulting team to assist with community branding, theming of the development, and high-level planning of amenities.
After working on the concept planning and landscape theming of the community, JVC Group has been involved in the construction document and construction observation process for the amenity center facility, pocket parks, trail system, entry nodes, and screening and buffering.
