Canyon Falls – Denton County, TX

For over 10 years, JVC Group has provided planning, surveying, engineering, staking and coordination for the development of Canyon Falls. Nearing complete build-out and providing “home” to nearly 2200 families, Canyon Falls lies within the towns of Flower Mound and Northlake, as well as Argyle’s Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ). It is an excellent example of a developer/engineer partnership that has created an exceptional master-planned community. 

Throughout the project, JVC Group has provided other coordination, consulting, bidding, construction, and inspection services that have contributed significantly to the Canyon Falls, TX development.

Additionally, JVC Group serves as the District Engineer for the two separate Municipal Utility Districts that make up this development providing public bidding, construction inspections, bond sale preparation support, and other related services for the development of the community.
